Refund and refund policy:
All sales are final for Magical Mamas Handmade. Refunds are only issued if the shipping timeframe has exceeded the time frame that is stated in each product description. Each product varies on shipping time frames so please read each product description throughly and carefully. We do not accept returns on worn or washed items.

Mamas Handmade. When cancelling and refunding an order there is a $5 restocking fee if paid through PayPal.
Order processing time:
Ready to ship items have a current processing timeframe of 7 to 14 business days. Business days being Monday through Friday not including Saturday and Sunday. The turn around time starts the next business days from when you ordered. For example if you order on a Friday the turn around time would start on Monday.
Preorders vary from each product and the timeframes are included in each individual preorder listing. Most preorders take 10 to 12 weeks with a maximum of 14 weeks. Please read each individual listing to be clear on processing times for preorders.

Shipping policies:
Please note that once an order is placed Magical Mamas Handmade can not modify the delivery address. It is the customer’s responsibility to be sure the shipping address is entered correctly. Magical Mamas Handmade also will not cancel orders due to the shipping address being incorrectly entered so it is advised to check the address at checkout.
Magical Mamas Handmade ships worldwide and shipping costs are calculated based on location and weight of the items
Return Policy:
We will correct any error on our end with an exchange or return. Returns must be returned to us within 30 days of the return label being sent. We must receive the item back to us before we can send out your correct item. This is to be sure that the item is in the condition it was stated to be in when you received it and not worn or washed. Once past the 30 days the return is void unless you reach out to us to let us know you need an extension.
All seasonal items are final sale!!! We do not exchange or return seasonal items so please read the size charts and descriptions carefully.
